Finally, I got to listen to this in the car yesterday morning (Friday).

The point about “signposts” was a godsend. I got to use this with a presentation I did.

It was interesting to know I was about to use a signpost, note the attitude of the listeners, use the signpost and see the difference, the swing back to attention.

Guess which points the remembered…. ;-)

Oh, if only I’d listened to it Monday. Oh well.
