Webfeed button as against rss button

If you're new here, you may want to subscribe to my RSS feed. You can even subscribe by email! Thanks for visiting!

web feed - use this in place of those confusing rss and xml buttonsCourtesy of Stuart Bruce and a blog on the Guardian newspaper, a new feed button that speaks English.

Instead of the ubiquitous RSS and XML buttons, something that would (quite probably) make more sense to the average visitor — a WEB FEED button.

I’m using this from now on (and will convert my website over to it too, shortly). Thanks for noticing it, Stuart.

Lee, just done a trackback on a follow-up post and realised you’ve called me Bruce in your comment and Ian Bruce in your post.

For the record it is Stuart Bruce and the company is Bruce Marshall Associates!

Oooops!!

Sorry Stuart - I’ve corrected this now. It all comes from having more than one name in your name - “mind if we call you Bruce to keep it clear?” as Monty Python once said!

And I got it right on a subsequent post referencing you: http://leehopkins.net/2005/08/24/scoble-bashing-so-yesterday/ (by way of apology)
